Our service staff at Wicked West Harley-Davidson® is factory trained and certified with more than 75 years of collective experience. We are here to help you protect your motorcycle through factory authorized service, warranty work, and extended service plan repairs. In addition to regular services, we love to help you accessorize your ride and achieve peak performance. We have top of the line equipment and Factory Certified Master Technicians to ensure the job is done right so you can rest assured that your motorcycle is receiving the best of care.
What is a "Master Technician" and how are they trained?
Harley-Davidson® recognizes 4 levels of "Master Technician":
The first three levels of "Master Technician" need 5 years of dealership training, several in-person training courses at the Factory, and hundreds of tests and online courses. A Master of Technologies, the highest certification awarded by Harley-Davidson®, must have completed the first three "Master" levels and have an additional year in dealership experience plus more training classes at the factory. We are proud to have two technicians that have mastered Chassis, Electrical, and Powertrain as well as one that has achieved the highest level as a "Master of Technologies".
